The Challenge: Creating a more polished webinar experience within Zoom
The client needed to deliver a live corporate webinar featuring two presenters in Sydney and one remote presenter joining online.
The goal was to create a more polished and engaging webinar experience than a standard webcam-based Zoom presentation, while still working within the client’s existing Zoom webinar workflow.
The Sydney presenters needed to appear on camera, present slides and maintain a natural presentation flow throughout the session. The remote presenter joined as a Zoom panellist, which meant the production setup needed to combine live cameras, presentation slides and remote contribution into one reliable webinar feed.
The Tasks: Live cameras, slides and Zoom webinar integration
For this production, we used multiple cameras, live switching and direct Zoom integration to create a more polished webinar presentation.
The aim was to give Domain a clean, professional webinar feed while still allowing the production to run entirely through their existing Zoom webinar environment.
The setup included:
- live camera coverage for Sydney presenters
- presentation slide integration
- customised camera and slide layouts
- remote presenter integration via Zoom
- presenter audio monitoring
- local recording and webinar delivery through the client’s Zoom account
A key part of the production was making the technology feel simple for the presenters. The in-room presenters could focus on the webinar itself, while the production setup handled camera switching, slide layouts and the connection to Zoom behind the scenes.
The webinar was also internally recorded through the production setup rather than relying solely on Zoom’s webinar recording.
This allowed us to create a cleaner and more polished replay version afterwards using the higher quality recordings captured during the production.
The production maintained a natural flow between the in-room presenters, presentation slides and the remote Zoom panellist, while keeping the webinar experience simple and seamless for the presenters themselves.

This production demonstrates how a corporate webinar can be elevated beyond a standard webcam presentation while still using the client’s preferred webinar platform.
The focus was on the production itself – professional cameras, audio, live switching, presentation integration and reliable delivery into Zoom – rather than moving the client into a separate streaming ecosystem.
